We are building a fourth powerful truck
10.1.2012
This piece of news could take everyone by surprise. Our mechanics have been building a fourth racing truck. Although the management of our team have been keeping further information under cover, it is a sure thing that our boss Mario Kress and his team have been constructing another mighty giant to put the wind up our opponents.
‘It’s true that we’ve been working on a new truck and we’re expanding our fleet to four machines but that’s all I can tell for now. There’s still time,‘ confirmed the assumption Mario Kress himself.
Already the last, historically second, season of MKR Technology saw a new truck being sent to the battle. No only are we the only team to have ever competed with three trucks but we also achieved a success unmatched by anybody else in the truck racing world. During the European Championship event at the home track in Most got the winners’ podium filled exclusively with our pilots. Now we’re giving birth to a fourth black-and-red special in our Židovice workshop.
It is beyond doubt that the last year’s trio of successful pilots will not change. The cockpits of our cars will be occupied by the Czech number one Adam Lacko, owner of the last season’s bronze position in the European Championship ranking, Germany’s Markus Oestreich wearing number four and the Swiss Markus Bösiger with number six. The management stays mum on whether the ensemble will grow by a fourth pilot, neither do we know what the pairs for the ‘constructor’s trophy‘ contest will be. Last year there were two duos defending our colours – Markus Oestreich and Markus Bösiger’s forming the senior MKR Technology and Adam Lacko with France’s Anthony Janiec fighting for the MKR Team 14 Juniors project. ‘It is quite possible that these arrangements will change substantially for the new season,‘ commented the manager Karel Neffe.
